We are a group of individuals who are dedicated to living as missionaries to inner northeast Portland. While we are focused on living 'missionally' in the Humboldt neighborhood, we also hope to serve greater North Portland, and broader yet, all of urban Portland. We are focused on integrating into the neighborhood, and serving its people.

Currently, we are engaged in praying for our community, and asking God to direct our interactions. We are participating in neighborhood events, joining the neighborhood association, the Humboldt School PTA, and any other opportunity for assimilation and service to this community. We are inspired by the gospel mandate for social justice, reconciliation of all people to one another and to their creator, and above all, to love our neighbors as ourselves. We hope to bring people together, finding common ground, and discovering God's will for us in loving the people He has placed us near. We are also actively engaged in the process of learning how to love and appreciate one another and the differences between us. In the short time we have been together, special things have happened!
